Using DMZ OPS
These terms describe the rules for using DMZOPS.COM. By using the website, you agree to follow these rules to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using it. Privacy and cookie choices are explained separately and are not consented to merely by using the site.
21+ eligibility
DMZ OPS is for adults aged 21 and over. You must be at least 21 to use the service. Do not misrepresent your age or help another person bypass eligibility restrictions. The public site does not verify age or offer public account registration. Eligibility and proportionate age-assurance controls will need to be implemented before member features open.
Independent fan project
DMZ OPS is an independent, unofficial community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, approved or operated by Activision Publishing, Inc., Activision Blizzard, Microsoft, or the developers of Call of Duty. It is not an official game service or support channel.
Names and intellectual property
Call of Duty, Activision and associated names, trademarks, game content and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners. References identify the game being discussed. No ownership of those rights or licence from their owners is claimed. This disclaimer does not itself grant permission to reproduce protected material.
Availability and information
Descriptions of planned features are statements of current intent, not a promised release date, guaranteed feature set or offer for sale. The page may change or become unavailable. Information is provided without a guarantee of completeness or accuracy, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and respect other people. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate or defraud anyone; distribute malware; attempt unauthorised access; bypass access controls or rate limits; overload the website; or collect personal information without authority. Do not use DMZ OPS to promote cheats, account theft, exploits or services that violate game-platform rules. Unsolicited advertising and bulk messaging are prohibited under our Anti-Spam Policy. The public overview page does not accept uploads or community posts.
Our material and third-party rights
Original DMZ OPS software, branding, writing and design remain the property of their respective owners. You may access the website for lawful personal use. Do not commercially reproduce or redistribute protected material without permission or another lawful basis. Nothing here limits exceptions or rights granted by applicable law.
Links, information and game changes
Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not establish endorsement, and we do not control external services. Game mechanics, map positions and community information may change or contain errors; independently check information before relying on it. DMZ OPS cannot guarantee loot, mission outcomes or uninterrupted access to a game.
Reports and access restrictions
Send security, abuse or rights complaints to Contact form with the relevant URL and details. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information. We may restrict access reasonably needed to protect the website, investigate abuse or meet legal obligations. If you believe a restriction was mistaken, contact us for review. Nothing here promises continuous monitoring of every request.
Correspondence and future community content
Sending an enquiry does not transfer ownership of your content or grant us a general licence to publish it. Only send material you are entitled to share. Before accepting public posts, videos, map submissions or profiles, we will publish the applicable content permissions, moderation rules and reporting process.
Payments and future features
There are no paid memberships, purchases or in-game trading services on the current public site. Future pricing, billing, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before any purchase becomes available. These terms do not authorise charges or guarantee that a planned feature will launch.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free information. We are not responsible for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or foreign exclusive court requirement is imposed by these terms.
Changes and stopping use
You may stop using the website at any time. We may update it or these terms as the project develops. We will publish a revised date and give additional notice or obtain agreement when required by law. Updated terms do not remove rights that already accrued or override mandatory rights in your location.
